Job Description

Rehab Aide - Full-Time Medford MultiCare Center - Long Island Medford, NY $16.50/hour Post Rehab is seeking a Rehab Aide to support our rehabilitation department in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in healthcare who enjoys working in a team-focused environment and helping residents throughout their recovery.
Position Responsibilities:
Assist with preparing therapy treatment areas before and after resident sessions Transport residents safely to and from rehabilitation appointments within the facility Clean, organize, and maintain therapy equipment and treatment spaces Assist therapists with non-clinical support tasks to help ensure efficient department operations Monitor and replenish therapy supplies as needed Support basic clerical duties, including filing, scheduling assistance, and organizing paperwork Help create a positive and welcoming environment for residents receiving therapy services
