Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

ReMed, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner is a growing organization dedicated to excellence, honesty and ethics in treating our clients and each other. For more than 40 years, we've developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries. We are seeking a dedicated Cognitive Rehabilitation Specialist to join our residential teams in West Chester and Malvern, PA, to support our clients in rebuilding critical skills and regaining independence.
What You'll Do Direct Client Therapy:
Deliver targeted cognitive rehabilitation therapy focusing on memory, executive functioning, comprehension, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
Goal Setting & Evaluation:
Conduct therapy evaluations and collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to design, monitor, and adapt individualized care plans.
Hands-On Support:
Provide direct guidance and supervision (ranging from minimal to maximum assistance) to help clients achieve their treatment milestones.
Education & Advocacy:
Train and support client families, employers, and care networks to ensure long-term success and seamless discharge planning.

Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Experience:
1+ years of experience in neurological rehabilitation or direct client care preferred.
Skills:
Excellent written communication, organizational habits, time management, and strong interpersonal skills for direct family and interdisciplinary contact.
Requirements:
