We have never heard of other jobs where OTs have this level of support, but it sure happens on our VILLAGE team. With THE VILLAGE, you will not be expected to do excessive, unpaid work in the evenings and over the weekends just to keep up . Your work should be typically be completed within paid work hours. After work, your time is all your own.
