Job Description

Job Overview OHO & Associates is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide services in Early Intervention within
CFC 8, CFC
9 and CFC 12. We are looking for a motivated, independent clinician who is comfortable working with limited supervision and is passionate about supporting young children and their families in natural environments.

Responsibilities Support pediatric occupational therapy initiatives focused on childhood developmental delays and autism spectrum disorder interventions Maintain accurate care documentation, progress notes, and treatment records in compliance with healthcare regulations Contribute to care plans by providing insights on patient progress and adapting interventions as needed to meet individual goals Qualifications Valid certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) from an accredited program An Illinois State License from IDFPR Prior experience working in pediatrics or Early Intervention is highly preferred Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy relevant to occupational therapy practices Familiarity with medical terminology and medical imaging procedures is advantageous Ability to communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to promote understanding and engagement Knowledge of occupational therapy approaches for clients with autism spectrum disorder and childhood developmental delays Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to transforming lives through compassionate care and innovative therapy solutions. $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
