Your responsibilities may include:

Providing skilled occupational therapy interventions under the direction of an Occupational Therapist Training patients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) Recommending and training patients in the use of appropriate adaptive equipment under the direction of the Occupational Therapist Monitoring patient progress and reporting changes to the supervising Occupational Therapist Collaborating with Occupational Therapists, physical therapists, nurses, speech-language pathologists, physicians, and other members of the care team Completing accurate and timely electronic documentation Home care offers a unique opportunity to get to know your patients and make a meaningful difference in their daily lives.
