Description Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) Full Time or Part Time | Fremont, MI Concept Rehab is looking for an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) to join our therapy team in Fremont, Michigan. Whether you are looking for a full-time schedule or prefer part-time hours, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while working alongside an experienced rehabilitation team. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Help patients improve their ability to participate in daily activities Carry out individualized treatment plans and therapeutic activities Document patient care and progress accurately Communicate with the OT and interdisciplinary team regarding patient needs and progress Educate patients and caregivers as appropriate Promote safety, independence, and quality of life Maintain professional standards and follow applicable state and facility requirements What We're Looking For Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current Michigan

OTA/COTA

license or eligibility for licensure NBCOT certification or eligibility Strong communication and organizational skills A team-oriented approach Previous skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is helpful, but we welcome qualified candidates with a variety of therapy backgrounds Why Concept Rehab?
