Job Description

Overview:

Creative Minds Therapy, LLC, a therapist-founded company, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team for a part-time, 1099 contract school-based position. The ideal candidate will provide quality therapy services in-person to students in a school near Cairo, NY.

Elementary school
20-30 hours/week

Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy interventions to help clients increase independence in daily activities
Collaborate with school team members
Complete IEPs and related documentation

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
