This position will be approximately 20 hours per week. This is an excellent opportunity for a COTA who is passionate about helping residents improve independence, safety, and quality of life. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will provide personalized, resident-centered care that supports progress in daily activities and overall function. In-house rehabilitation program Competitive compensation Flexible PRN scheduling Supportive, collaborative work environment Key Responsibilities Provide skilled occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist Deliver treatment in accordance with established plans of care Support residents with activities of daily living and functional goals Monitor resident progress and communicate changes to the Occupational Therapist Educate residents, families, and caregivers Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation Attend required meetings and follow all professional and regulatory standards Qualifications Active Occupational Therapy Assistant state license in good standing Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills Knowledge of the Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred Apply today!
