Responsibilities include:
Providing individualized therapeutic interventions Assisting residents with ADLs and functional activities Educating residents, families, and caregivers Completing timely and accurate documentation Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team What We're Looking For Active Texas COTA license Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program LTC/SNF or geriatric experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for helping residents reach their highest level of independence At FPACP, we take pride in our culture and our ROCKIN recognition program, ROCKStar (Recognizing Outstanding Care and Kindness).
