Job Description

Optometric Technician / Receptionist (Part-Time/Full-Time)•1 Weekend Day Required Concord, CA (Inside Costco) We are a fast-paced optometry office located inside Costco in Concord, CA, seeking a dependable and friendly Optometric Technician/Receptionist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with Optometric Tech experience who enjoys working with patients and thrives in a busy clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner Answer phones and schedule appointments Verify and bill vision and medical insurance Perform pre-testing procedures prior to exams Maintain accurate patient records and assist with front office tasks

Schedule:

Weekdays:

8:45 AM•5:15

PM Weekends:

8:45 AM•4:15 PM Paid Lunch break: 1:00 PM•2:00 PM One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) availability is required

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of optometry experience required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Spanish-speaking is a plus!

Pay:

Competitive hourly pay, based on experience
