Job duties are listed below:

1. Verify insurance, preparing charts, collecting payments, communicating with patients, & checking patients into the office. 2. Answering phone lines and making appointments 3. communicate through fax, letters and other means to other physicians about patients 4. Bilingual is a plus 5. Ability to multitask, organize and perform jobs accurately 6. Ability to use computer to type letters, create spreadsheets, create documents, & scan documents 7. ordering frames and lenses from vendors 8. assisting with frame adjustments and repairs License is preferred but not required. You will be part of a team that provides excellent high quality eyecare to all patients.

$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
