We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and adaptable individual to join our team. This role is designed to provide coverage and assistance throughout the office, based on the needs of the day.

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting with front desk duties- greeting patients, answering phones, and patient scheduling Assisting with patient workups and preliminary testing Providing backup support in our optical department Helping maintain an organized, efficient patient flow throughout the office

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with patients Strong communication and multitasking skills, willing to jump in where needed Able to learn new tasks quickly and transition easily between responsibilities Comfortable using computer
