Job Overview Deen Gross Eye Centers is a progressive Ophthalmic Practice looking for an energetic new team member who wants a rewarding career in HealthCare to work as an Ophthalmic Technician. The Ophthalmic Medical Assistant is responsible for processing medical requests for our Ophthalmic patients inclusive of providing appropriate resolution for patient needs under the direction of the Physician, inclusive of the work up of the patient, triaging patient calls, prescription refills, Physician referrals, prior authorization requests, scribing duties and assist with patient care needs as directed.
