Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical office or clinic setting, with a focus on ophthalmology and optical services. Responsibilities Assist with patient intake and ensure accurate medical records are maintained. Perform routine ophthalmic procedures and tests under supervision. Maintain aseptic techniques during procedures to ensure patient safety. Provide excellent customer service in a retail environment, addressing patient inquiries and concerns. Skills Proven experience in a medical office or clinic environment, preferably in ophthalmology or optical settings. Strong knowledge of anatomy related to eye care and vision health. Ability to perform tasks requiring aseptic technique effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with patients and staff. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing medical records accurately.
