Job Description

Responsibilities include:

Ensure all patient information, chief complaint, and history in EMR documentation is complete and accurate
Performs testing required
Strong refraction capabilities
Administer drops/medications
Provide eye care and contact lens information
Maintaining and cleaning ophthalmic instruments
Ordering and stocking supplies/medications
Assist the ophthalmologist in basic procedures

Qualifications:

Ability to refract and perform work accurately and thoroughly with attention to all details
Communication
Ability to write clearly and concisely using good grammar and spelling.
Essential Job Functions
Ability to perform ophthalmic testing and refractions
COA/COT preferred or experienced ophthalmic technician Family like feel and a very friendly work environment!

:) Position schedule: Monday, 8-5, Tuesday 8-5, Thursday 8-5
