Job Description

Job Overview Join Full Circle Vision Care as an Optometric Technician, where your attention to detail and patient-focused approach will support the delivery of high-quality eye care. In this role, you will assist optometrists during patient examinations, maintain accurate medical records, and help ensure efficient clinic operations. Your professionalism and technical skills will contribute to a welcoming environment for patients of all ages. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build experience in optometry while contributing to patients' vision. Benefits M-F schedule. No weekends! Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Retirement Plan Uniform Allowance Responsibilities Pre-test patients and perform diagnostic testing (retinal imaging, OCT, visual fields, etc.) Record patient histories and chief complaints accurately Prepare exam rooms and maintain equipment Educate patients on procedures, contact lens care, and eyewear options Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR system Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines Provide exceptional customer service Skills Attention to detail and a willingness to learn Proficiency with computers and other office equipment Organization and prioritization skills Commitment to excellent patient care Comfortable working with technology and medical equipment Strong communication skills Work at a fast pace effectively handling multiple tasks and patients at one time, while focusing on the individual patient experience. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) Previous experience in an optometry or ophthalmology office preferred (training available for the right candidate)
Physical Requirements:
