You will be the friendly face patients see first and the skilled technician assisting during eye examinations, contributing directly to improved vision health and patient satisfaction. Willing to train Ideal for college students located minutes from Montclair University Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, verify their appointment details, and manage the check-in/check-out process efficiently using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems Collect and document patient intake information, including medical history and insurance details, while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies Perform all pre screening testing and contact lens instructions Prepare patients for ophthalmic procedures by performing basic clinical tasks and explaining procedures, and ensuring patient comfort Operate ophthalmic diagnostic imaging equipment which you will be fulling trained to do Assist with ophthalmology-specific tests including eye refraction, visual acuity testing, and intraocular pressure measurement Support the clinical team by managing inventory of medical supplies and ophthalmic equipment while adhering to safety standards Provide excellent patient service by answering questions, explaining procedures clearly, and fostering a welcoming environment for diverse patient needs Experience Prior experience not necessary willing to train. Pay:
