If you were to accept this position, your mission would be: Interview patients, recording medical history and medication in our Electronic Health Records software. Conduct patient work-ups including measuring vision, Tonometry, pupil assesment, Dilation, confrontation visual fields, and extra-ocular motility.

Perform the following diagnostic tests:

OCT, IOL

Master, Visual Field, Autorefraction and Topography. Answer patient questions, address concerns, follow up questions and/or refer patient questions to providers as appropriate. Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities include: Ability to maintain patient flow and communication regarding appointment status. Knowledge of ocular terminology, diseases and the abbreviations. Proficiency with computers is a necessary skill as all of our charts are electronic. Detail oriented Multitasking and time management skills Strong customer service skills, with a focus on respect and compassion. Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient records. Scribe experiance a plus.
