Job Description

We are currently looking for an optician with or without a license to join our team. We are a patient focused practice that values strong customer service, teamwork and delivering an excellent optical experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Handle insurance verification Assist patients with frame and lens selection based on their needs and lifestyle Recommend lens options and upgrades with confidence Perform lens options and upgrades with confidence Perform frame adjustments and minor repairs Order entry Provide Excellent customer service and patient education Contact lens insertion and removal Experience with electronic health record (EHR) Communication skills Team player with a positive attitude. Hours Monday through Friday 9:30-6:00
