Job Description

Job Summary Optician We are seeking a customer‑focused Licensed Optician to support our optical retail operations. This role centers on delivering an exceptional shopping experience while ensuring accurate eyewear selection and fitting. Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses that match style, comfort, and prescription needs Perform precise measurements and frame adjustments Process eyewear orders and maintain inventory of frames, lenses, and accessories Educate customers on lens care and contact lens use Promote eyewear products and drive retail sales with professionalism Ensure HIPAA compliance when handling patient information Qualifications Bilingual (Spanish-English) Strong retail sales skills and product knowledge Experience with POS systems and optical lab procedures Excellent communication and customer‑service skills Knowledge of optics and lens fitting techniques
