Job Description

Leo Family Eyecare is a patient-focused eye care practice committed to providing exceptional vision services in a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and provide a welcoming first impression. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily calendar. Verify insurance eligibility and process patient information. Collect payments and handle billing inquiries. Help patients select a pair of glasses and complete a glasses order.
