We are seeking a Licensed Optician who is passionate about helping people see and look their best while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with frame and lens selection
- Take accurate optical measurements
- Adjust, fit, and repair eyewear
- Educate patients on lens options and products
- Verify prescriptions and ensure order accuracy
- Perform pre-testing for eye exams
- Support daily retail operations and patient care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Qualifications:
- Current New York State Optician License
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of lens products, coatings, and frame styling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Experience with insurance and optical software is required
