Green Vision Care - Seville, OH Now Hiring | Opening Late September 2026 Green Vision Care is excited to welcome a passionate, patient-focused Licensed Optician to join our team as we prepare to open our brand-new private practice in Seville, Ohio. We're building more than an optical—we're creating a warm, community-centered practice where every patient feels valued and every team member plays an important role. If you enjoy helping people see and feel their best while delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses that fit their lifestyle, vision needs, and budget Accurately measure, fit, adjust, and dispense eyewear Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and eyewear care Verify and explain vision insurance benefits Process and track optical orders Troubleshoot and perform minor frame repairs and adjustments Maintain attractive frame displays and merchandising Work closely with the doctor and team to provide an outstanding patient experience Help create a welcoming, positive atmosphere for every patient Qualifications Current Ohio Licensed Optician (required) Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Experience with optical dispensing and frame styling preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a positive, compassionate attitude Experience with electronic health records and optical software is a plus What We Offer Full-time or Part-Time position Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off Employee eyewear benefits Paid holidays Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education A beautiful, modern office with the latest technology Supportive, family-oriented work environment where your contributions matter If you're looking for an opportunity to grow with a brand-new independent practice that is committed to exceptional patient care and serving the local community, we'd love to hear from you.
