Palmer Eye Care is a growing independent optometry clinic that emphasizes the patient experience by providing exceptional care, customer service, and seeking to create a genuine connection with our patients. Our front desk staff/optician is often the first and last impression that patients get of our office. Responsibilities will include greeting patients and presenting patient paperwork, scheduling, answering phones, collecting payments, and performing check out after exams. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is able to assist in the optical based on the changing day-to-day needs of the clinic. We are small team, so flexibility and a patient-focused approach are absolute must-haves. The growth expectation for this position is to become a contributing team member in the optical helping patients choose appropriate eyewear and lens combinations serving in a hybrid front desk/optician role. Compensation range based on experience with planned increases as team member increases optical responsibilities. Health, dental, retirement, and bonus structure provided.
