Driving Revenue:

Actively managing the sales floor, styling patients in premium independent eyewear, and mastering the art of the second-pair sale.

Maximizing Ticket Averages:

Expertly presenting premium lens designs (progressives, anti-reflective coatings, office lenses) to maximize both patient satisfaction and profitability.

Treating It Like Your Own Shop:

Analyzing sales metrics, identifying inventory trends, and finding creative ways to bring new clients through the door. Delivering 5-

Blending elite salesmanship with perfect technical execution (measurements, adjustments, and trouble-shooting) so customers keep coming back.
