You will play a key role in the patient experience, culture, and success of Eyecare Plus.

Essential Functions:

Deliver a world class customer service experience to each patient Drive profitable sales results by fostering a fashion forward culture that focuses on educating the patients and helping them meet their vision needs Develop relationships of trust with other associates, managers, and doctors Fill ophthalmic eyeglass prescriptions taking into account the lens and frame choices options of each prescription, including but not limited to the following: Recommend specific lenses types, materials, and coatings to suit patients lifestyle needs Utilize optical prescription in conjunction with the patient's visual and fashion requirements Perform any appropriate optical related measurements Understand and educate the patients on the various frame and lens styles, materials, and functions to empower the patient's buying decisions Create industry leading patient experiences through transparent pricing, Office Mate entry, and realistic order fulfillment time quotes Assist in the merchandising and inventory management of the store Provide appropriate guidance to patients in regards to insurance benefits Assist in the execution of approved marketing programs and initiatives Other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager Build meaningful relationships Commitment to creating exceptional experiences for Patients Communicate clearly and with care Learn quickly

Other Details:

3 - 4 weeks paid training Not required to be a licensed optician—we will train you Medical/Dental/Vision insurance available 401k Saturdays required
