Optical sales experience is necessary, and also be interested in fashion/retail sales. Training will be provided! Be able to confidently style a patient and give them general trends in eyewear Be able to adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy. Assist customers in selecting high-end eyewear frames that suit their style, face shape, and vision needs, ensuring optimal fit and comfort. Dispense spectacle lenses accurately, including measurements for proper alignment and fitting of luxury eyewear. Offer exceptional service before and after the sale. Be able to tell the brand story on the many luxury frames we offer. Expert knowledge on the lenses & options we offer. Explaining insurance benefits to customers on their coverage. 1+ year in retail sales. Accountable to meeting monthly & individual goals. Upholding the highest standards for visual displays and products self-motivated and do not need micro-managing. Qualifications Proven experience as an optician or in retail optometry with a focus on luxury eyewear brands. Strong knowledge of ophthalmology principles, anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to vision care. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Competency in retail management practices including retail math, POS systems, and inventory control. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to lens prescriptions and sales transactions. Experience working within clinic settings or healthcare environments involving vital signs assessment is advantageous. Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
