Starting around $150,000+ (DOE) + Performance Bonus Join a Growing Medical Eye Care Team A respected multi-provider eye care practice in the Tampa Bay area is seeking a Full-Time Optometrist (OD) to join its collaborative clinical team. This opportunity is ideal for an Optometrist who enjoys practicing medical optometry, working alongside experienced ophthalmologists, and providing high-quality patient care in a modern clinical environment.   • Perform comprehensive eye examinations for patients of all ages
  • Diagnose and manage ocular diseases
  • Provide routine and medical eye care
  • Fit and manage contact lenses
  • Co-manage cataract, glaucoma, corneal, refractive surgery, and other surgical patients with ophthalmologists
  • Educate patients regarding treatment plans and preventive eye care
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records
  • Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and support staff to provide exceptional patient care Qualifications
  • Doctor of Optometry (OD)
  • Active Florida Optometry License (or ability to obtain before start)
  • Medical optometry experience preferred
  • Experience working in an ophthalmology or OD/MD setting is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a patient-first approach
