Haag-Streit Slit Lamps, new visual field, new OCT, etc. Responsibilities Conduct thorough ophthalmic examinations, including visual acuity testing, tonometry (intraocular pressure measurement), and ophthalmic diagnostic imaging to assess eye health. Diagnose and manage a wide range of eye conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, and pediatric ocular issues. Maintain detailed electronic medical records with HIPAA compliance Requirements Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly and compassionately. Interest in and familiarity with medical eye disease is required. Some postoperative care familiarity is a plus. Residency training preferred but not required.
