We provide a team approach to help patients meet their individual goals. When other doctors say nothing else can be done, we get started. About the Responsibilities Perform comprehensive low vision exams Participation in Seeing Is Believing children's programing during the academic year and perform low vision exams Collaborate with in-house occupational therapist and access technology specialists campaigns Educate patients on their diagnosis and visual potential Prescribe corrective lenses and low vision tools to aide the patient in achieving their goals Communicate with referring optometrists and ophthalmologists On average, you will see 4-6 patients per day Partner with the development team to advance our non-profit mission through fundraising and donor stewardship Why You Will Love Working at Spectrios Institute for

Hours:
No Weekends, evenings or being on calls. Office hours are 8:30-5:00. About the Requirements Low vision residency training preferred, but we will strongly consider residency training in ocular disease or experience working with low vision.
