Position Summary Join a collaborative and experienced team of optometrists dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered eye care. We view our patients as relationships, not transactions. Our practice is supported by highly trained ophthalmic technicians and advanced diagnostic technology, allowing providers to focus on clinical excellence and outstanding patient experiences. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive medical eye examinations for patients of all ages. Diagnose, treat, and manage ocular diseases and conditions. Prescribe and recommend routine contact lenses, specialty contact lenses, and eyewear. Provide pre-operative and post-operative care for LASIK and cataract surgical patients. Educate and counsel patients on treatment plans, eye health, and preventative care. Maintain accurate and thorough medical records and documentation. Manage urgent and same-day eye care needs with flexibility and professionalism. Evaluate and treat ocular surface disease and dry eye conditions using advanced therapies, including Lumenis IPL treatments. Provide myopia management services through soft contact lens options, Stellest glasses, and atropine therapy. Qualifications Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution. Active state optometry license in good standing. Strong clinical skills with a patient-focused approach to care. Excellent communication and people skills. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary range of $65 to $80 hourly rate Compensation is determined by factors including education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity.
