Alumni Healthcare Staffing seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible ENT Physician for a locum or permanent opportunity in Vermont. In this role, you will provide comprehensive otolaryngology care to patients of all ages, including clinic visits, procedures, and call coverage as needed. You will collaborate closely with hospital staff, advanced practitioners, and referring providers to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive ENT care to pediatric and adult patients in an outpatient and inpatient setting Perform diagnostic evaluations, endoscopic procedures, and minor surgical interventions as credentialed Interpret imaging and diagnostic tests to develop evidence-based treatment plans Collaborate with hospital staff, advanced practitioners, and referring providers to coordinate care Participate in call coverage and manage urgent ENT consultations as scheduled Document care accurately in the electronic medical record and comply with regulatory standards Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment options, and follow-up care Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives within the department Required Skills Otolaryngology clinical expertise ENT surgical and procedural skills Flexible laryngoscopy and nasal endoscopy Sinus and airway disease management Head and neck mass evaluation Audiology and hearing disorder interpretation Electronic Medical Record (EMR) documentation Diagnostic imaging interpretation for ENT conditions Patient and family communication Care coordination with multidisciplinary teams
