Competitive Base Salary + Performance Bonuses Join an Emerging Practice and Help Build Something Exceptional We are seeking an entrepreneurial, patient-focused Certified Prosthetist & Orthotist (CPO) to join our growing prosthetics and orthotics practice in Central Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who wants more than a traditional patient care role. Clinical Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Perform patient assessments, measurements, casting, scanning, and fittings. Design, fabricate, modify, and fit custom prosthetic and orthotic devices. Deliver and adjust prosthetic, orthotic, and DME devices. Provide patient education regarding use, care, and maintenance. Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards. Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare providers. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain the highest clinical standards. Business Development Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, therapists, and community organizations. Represent the clinic through networking events, educational presentations, and community outreach. Identify opportunities to expand services and increase market presence. Help grow the practice by building long-term referral partnerships. Collaborate with leadership on strategies for clinic growth and patient satisfaction. Qualifications Required ABC Certified Prosthetist & Orthotist (CPO). Licensed Prosthetist & Orthotist in the State of Florida (or eligible for licensure prior to employment). Strong clinical skills in prosthetic and orthotic patient care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while managing a flexible schedule. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional community outreach. Preferred Bilingual (English and Spanish). Experience using OPIE Practice Management software. Experience with CAD/CAM design. Experience with 3D scanning and 3D printing technologies. Previous business development or physician relationship experience. $90,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
