We are looking for more than someone to simply manage a patient schedule. We want a clinician who takes pride in their craft, builds strong relationships with patients and referral sources, works collaboratively with their team, and wants the opportunity to help grow and strengthen an established O&P practice in the Corpus Christi market. About the Position As our Corpus Christi CPO, you will provide comprehensive prosthetic and orthotic care while working alongside an experienced support team and the leadership of Hill Country Orthotics & Prosthetics. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a CPO who enjoys clinical independence, relationship building, team development, and having a voice in the direction of their office . Responsibilities Evaluate, measure, design, fit, and deliver appropriate prosthetic and orthotic devices Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's functional needs and physician recommendations Perform follow-up visits, adjustments, repairs, and modifications as necessary Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Work closely with physicians, therapists, rehabilitation facilities, hospitals, VA providers, and other referral partners Educate patients and their families regarding device use, care, expectations, and rehabilitation Collaborate with technicians, administrative staff, fitters, care coordinators, and company leadership Assist with maintaining and growing relationships within the Corpus Christi medical community Help provide clinical coaching and guidance to team members when appropriate Ensure patient care meets company, ABC, HIPAA, payer, and industry standards Participate in continued development and growth of the Corpus Christi office Qualifications Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) through the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics & Pedorthics (ABC) Current or eligible for Texas licensure Strong clinical knowledge of both prosthetics and orthotics Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative with the larger organization Strong documentation, organization, and time-management skills Commitment to excellent patient care and outcomes Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who wants to take ownership of their clinical practice while still having the support of an established organization behind them.
