Patient advisors are responsible for providing outstanding service and assistance to the patients and guests who visit our dispensary operations. They will assist the management team with all facets of dispensary operations, pursuant to and in compliance with local and state laws and regulations and company policy and standards. Patient Advisors develop and maintain rapport with our customers, vendors, service providers and staff. They are knowledgeable and can easily communicate the effects of different types of cannabis to customers clearly and effectively. Additionally, they make sure customers concerns and questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently and will communicate customers' requests and/or problems to management as needed. Duties include cash management, auditing inventory, performing retail transactions, educating customers on product offerings, opening/closing procedures, data entry, and cleaning. Patient Advisors will embrace continued education as it relates to the cannabis industry and be a team player.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in inventory management or related field is preferred. Proficient computer skills. Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed. Must be at least 21 years of age , as required by applicable cannabis regulations. Must be able to successfully complete all required background checks and satisfy applicable state cannabis regulatory requirements for employment.
Pay:
From $17.00 per hour
