Job Description
Are you passionate about helping people improve their health and fitness? Do you enjoy building relationships, coaching others, and continuing to grow as a trainer? We'd love to meet you. We're looking for a Part-Time Personal Trainer to join our coaching team. This position works directly under our Lead Trainer , who provides mentorship, programming guidance, and ongoing development to help you become an exceptional coach. What You'll Do Conduct personal training sessions in a safe, motivating, and professional manner. Build relationships that help members stay consistent and achieve results. Perform fitness assessments. Track client progress and adjust programming as needed. Communicate regularly with the Lead Trainer regarding client success and development. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming training environment. Represent Anytime Fitness with professionalism and positivity. What We're Looking For Nationally recognized Personal Training certification (or ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe). CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication and people skills. Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn. Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others succeed. Ability to work independently while collaborating with the training team. Evening and some weekend availability preferred. What You'll Gain Mentorship from an experienced Lead Trainer.
