Responsibilities Lead group Zumba classes. Design and adapt class routines to accommodate different skill levels and ensure participant safety. Motivate members by providing energetic instruction and fostering a supportive atmosphere that encourages continued participation. Stay current with industry trends and certifications to continually enhance your teaching skills and program offerings. Qualifications Certification in group fitness instruction. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of participants effectively. Passion for health and wellness with a commitment to promoting safe exercise practices. Ability to adapt programming based on participant needs while maintaining high energy levels throughout classes.
