This offers an excellent opportunity for a fitness professional, instructor, or entrepreneur to utilize a fully equipped, professional Pilates space to deliver small classes, personal training sessions, or specialized programs. This studio is perfect if you are looking to expand your offerings, grow your own client base, charge your own rates and keep 100% of your earnings! Studio is available all day on Saturday, Sunday & Monday. Tuesday thru Friday early morning And late afternoon Availability.

RENT:

2, 4 or 6 month commitment with lease agreement. Rent is payed monthly at the 1st of every month with a predetermined Number of days to be used in lease agreement. Rent amount will be determined on the number of days per month being leased upon agreement. Duties Manage and maintain the Pilates studio space including restroom, ensuring it is clean, organized, and ready for daily use. Requirements Certified instructors only. Proof of current liability insurance. Valid California drivers license or ID.
