KC Health & Wellness is seeking a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and client-focused Certified Pilates Mat Instructor to join our growing wellness team. Our ideal instructor is passionate about helping clients improve core strength, flexibility, balance, posture, mobility, and overall well-being through high-quality Pilates instruction. We are looking for an instructor who can create a welcoming and encouraging environment while providing appropriate modifications and individualized attention for clients of varying ages, experience levels, and physical abilities. Responsibilities Lead engaging and professionally structured Pilates Mat classes Provide clear instruction in Pilates technique, alignment, breathing, and body awareness Demonstrate exercises and offer appropriate modifications and progressions Create thoughtful class programming for beginner through more experienced participants Help clients improve core strength, stability, flexibility, balance, posture, and functional movement Observe client movement and provide appropriate verbal, visual, and hands-on cues when appropriate Provide individualized attention while maintaining an enjoyable group-class experience Foster positive client relationships through encouragement, professionalism, and personalized attention Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment Follow KC Health & Wellness safety procedures and professional standards Collaborate with other members of our wellness team to provide a consistent, high-quality client experience Qualifications Pilates Mat certification from a recognized Pilates training organization required Previous Pilates teaching experience preferred Strong understanding of anatomy, alignment, body mechanics, and safe exercise progression Ability to work confidently with clients of varying ages, experience levels, and physical abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, encouraging, and client-focused CPR/AED certification preferred or willingness to obtain Additional certifications in Reformer Pilates, yoga, personal training, fitness, or other movement disciplines are a plus Scheduling Classes are offered 7 days a week , with morning, daytime, evening, and weekend opportunities available. Flexible scheduling allows instructors to establish a consistent teaching schedule based on their availability and the needs of our clients. We especially value instructors who are interested in establishing a consistent recurring weekly schedule , helping clients build relationships with their instructors and maintain continuity in their Pilates practice.

Compensation:
