Responsibilities Lead group Pilates classes that cater to various skill levels, ensuring proper technique and safety at all times Develop customized workout programs that incorporate Pilates principles, body mechanics, and anatomy knowledge Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to help participants maximize their workout effectiveness Monitor participants' form and offer modifications or progressions as needed to prevent injury and enhance results Maintain a welcoming, energetic atmosphere that motivates members to stay committed to their fitness journey.
