Role Responsibilities:
  • Personal Training & Client Management
  • Conduct individual training sessions as scheduled.
  • Reach a minimum of 25 training sessions per week within the first 90 days.
  • Perform outreach to members to schedule complimentary assessments and training sessions.
  • Build and maintain a robust client roster through relationship-building and consistent engagement.
  • personal training consultations into ongoing training clients.
  • Provide an exceptional client experience, ensuring
  • members feel supported and motivated.
  • Club Engagement & Sales Performance
  • Engage and service club members daily, fostering a strong fitness community.
  • Drive personal training revenue by meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and energy on the training floor.
  • Professionalism & Development
  • Perform assigned floor shifts to support members and promote training services.
  • Attend weekly staff meetings and in-service training sessions for continued professional growth.
  • Uphold company core values and standards, consistently demonstrating excellence as a world-class fitness professional.
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
  • Availability to work 60 hours per week
  • Minimum 2 years of personal training experience.
  • Nationally accredited personal training certification required.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
