We're looking for both full-time and part-time instructors to teach mat and/or reformer classes to clients of all levels. Responsibilities Lead safe, effective, and engaging Pilates classes (mat and/or equipment-based) Modify exercises to accommodate different fitness levels and injuries Build genuine relationships with clients and help them stay motivated Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment Stay current on class schedules, studio policies, and client needs Qualifications Pilates certification preferred (mat, reformer, or comprehensive) Experience teaching group or private Pilates sessions a plus Strong communication skills and a passion for health and wellness Reliable, punctual, and professional CPR/AED certification a plus (or willingness to obtain) Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available Flexible scheduling based on studio needs Why Join Us Supportive, community-focused studio environment Opportunities for growth and continuing education Competitive pay based on experience and certifications To apply, submit your resume and a brief note about your teaching experience and availability.
