Wellness Instructor - Yoga, Aerial, or Pilates Asna Yoga & Wellness - Lincolnwood, IL The Role Asna is a yoga studio and wellness space designed to encourage self-understanding through movement, meditation & community. Prioritizing inclusivity, connection, & creativity, we strive to offer a continuously evolving variety of classes, events, workshops and retreats. We cultivate an environment where you are encouraged to bring your vision and style, building a dedicated following and making your class truly your own. We are seeking passionate instructors to join our growing team. We are prioritizing candidates with expertise in Aerial Yoga and/or Mat Pilates.

Compensation & Structure Base Rate:

$50 per class session .

What You'll Bring AED/CPR Certification Experience:

A minimum of one (1) year of teaching experience .

Certification:

Appropriate educational experience for teaching category.

Availability :

Consistent weekly availability is required for regular instructor positions. Willingness to work early morning and evening hours is highly desired. The ability to substitute across multiple class styles is a plus. Sub-only opportunities are also available for instructors seeking a more flexible commitment. Nice To Haves RYT and/or ERYT Certification/Status Aerial Training Certification/Experience Mat or Reformer Pilates Certification/Experience Zumba Certification/Experience Licenses or Certifications in complimentary fields (e.g., Massage Therapy, Physical Therapy, Corrective Exercise)

Prenatal/Postnatal Training Trauma-Informed Training Grief-Informed Training Responsibilities:

Studio Prep:

Arrive 10 minutes prior to class start to manage music/lighting, and welcome/check-in students.

Instruction:

Develop and lead an inspiring and engaging class session.

Community Building:

Create a welcoming environment that encourages connection and student retention while sharing relevant studio announcements, events, and offerings.
