Job Description

OUR CLUB PILATES FAMILY IS GROWING!
Due to the continued success and growth of our Wichita-area studios, we are expanding our instructor team. We are looking for energetic, positive, and people-focused individuals who are passionate about Pilates, movement, health, and helping others feel their best. Already a certified Pilates instructor? We'd love to meet you. Not certified yet? Don't count yourself out. Pilates Teacher Training scholarships and accelerated training opportunities are available for qualified candidates. Whether you're looking to teach a few classes each week or build a larger teaching schedule, we offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, continuing education, and opportunities to grow with our organization. Early morning, morning, evening, and weekend opportunities available. No minimum weekly availability required.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Pilates Instructors create a safe, welcoming, and motivating environment while leading engaging Reformer-based classes for up to 12 clients. Instructors may also teach Intro classes and private or semi-private sessions. Club Pilates offers a variety of class levels and formats, giving instructors the opportunity to work with clients of different experience levels while bringing creativity and personality to their teaching within Club Pilates standards.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead safe, engaging, and effective group Reformer classes for up to 12 clients Teach Intro classes and private/semi-private sessions as scheduled Create a positive, welcoming, and motivating experience for members Teach using Reformer, EXO Chair, Springboard, TRX, Jump Board, Magic Circle, hand weights, resistance bands, and other equipment Provide appropriate modifications and progressions for different experience and ability levels Build strong relationships with members and support their movement and fitness goals Inspect equipment and maintain a safe, clean, and organized teaching environment Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled classes and sessions Stay current with Club Pilates education, programming, and safety standards Participate in studio promotions, community events, and member engagement opportunities as needed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Energetic, positive, and motivational personality Passion for Pilates, movement, health, and fitness Confidence communicating with and leading groups Ability to create strong relationships and connect with clients Pilates, fitness, movement, dance, yoga, personal training, or related experience is a plus Group fitness or apparatus-based teaching experience preferred, but not required for candidates pursuing our training pathway Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Dependable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and continue developing as an instructor
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Comprehensive Pilates education covering Mat, Reformer, Chair, and Springboard Group Reformer teaching experience Strong anatomical knowledge and commitment to safe movement Experience with ClubReady or the ability to learn new studio management systems
NOT CERTIFIED YET?
You do not need to already be comprehensively certified to apply. We are interested in meeting people who have the potential to become great Pilates instructors, not just those who are already certified. For qualified candidates, Pilates Teacher Training scholarships and accelerated training opportunities are available. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires the ability to demonstrate Pilates exercises and safely work with studio equipment. Instructors must be able to stand for extended periods and regularly bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, and grasp. Must be able to lift and move up to 20 lbs. and communicate clearly with individuals and groups.
