Allison Sernulka Job Summary/Basic Functions The Aquatic Fitness & Aerobics Instructor will lead engaging, safe, and effective water-based fitness classes for participants of varying fitness levels. The instructor will create a welcoming environment while guiding participants through cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility exercises. Minimum Qualifications Experience teaching group fitness or aquatic fitness classes. Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification. Aquatic fitness/group exercise certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience teaching group fitness or aquatic fitness classes. Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification. Aquatic fitness/group exercise certification preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and engage participants.

Job Duties:

Lead aquatic fitness classes in a safe and professional manner.

(Essential) Develop and deliver engaging workouts appropriate for various fitness levels.

(Essential) Maintain a positive, welcoming, and energetic class environment.
