This is a great opportunity for trainers who want the flexibility of running their own book of clients while working out of an established, well-equipped facility. What You'll Do Design and deliver personalized training programs for your clients Track client progress across sessions (strength, conditioning, mobility, etc.) Build and maintain your own client base, with support as new leads from the business Maintain a clean, safe, and professional training environment Communicate professionally with clients regarding scheduling, programming, and progress What We're Looking For 5+ years experience as a personal trainer or strength coach Current personal training certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, or equivalent) CPR/AED certification (current) Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Physical Therapy Degree preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule and client relationships Reliable, professional, and punctual Experience training clients of varying ages and fitness levels Contractor Arrangement This is an independent contractor position (1099) — not an employee role Set your own schedule within facility guidelines Private access to training floor, equipment, and studio space Responsible for your own certifications, insurance, and tax filings as a contractor How to Apply Interested candidates should submit: Resume Copy of current certification(s) A brief note on your training philosophy and experience
