Job Summary Independent Contractor who instructs fitness classes to club members. General Accountabilities Demonstrates techniques and form, observes participants, and explains corrective measures to improve their skills and help avoid injury. Accommodates different levels of fitness by offering alternatives during classes. Plans classes, chooses appropriate music, and selects different movements for each set of muscles, while considering participants' capabilities and limitations. Monitors participants' progress and adapts programs as necessary. •The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

Job Qualifications Experience:

Appropriate certifications and/or licensures with 1-2 years of related experience CPR Certified Insurance Skills Excellent verbal and written communication Instructing Service orientation Social perceptiveness Active listening
