Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for professional instruction of a variety of group fitness classes at The Pointe at Ballwin Commons. Will be responsible for maintaining professional certification and/or education and experience necessary. Will be familiar with Pointe policies and procedures pertaining to class admittance.

Essential Job Functions:

Must work with the public in a professional manner Must work with Pointe staff in a professional manner Enforcement of building, fitness area, and class policies Assist in keeping the group fitness room and storage clean and organized

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

Ability to work with the general public in a professional manner Ability to communicate effectively with the general public and other staff members Ability to work independently and efficiently without routine supervision

Education, Qualifications and Experience Required:

Must be at least 18 years of age Must hold an approved group fitness instructor certification and/or education and experience Current CPR certification
