Responsibilities Lead group Pilates classes with enthusiasm, ensuring proper technique and safety for all participants Design and modify Pilates programs tailored to individual client needs and fitness levels Demonstrate exercises clearly, providing guidance on form, body mechanics, and breathing techniques Motivate clients to stay committed to their fitness journey through energetic coaching and encouragement Maintain a safe environment by adhering to manual handling procedures and first aid protocols when necessary Communicate effectively with clients about their progress, fitness goals, and any concerns Stay current with industry trends in Pilates instruction, biomechanics, physiology, and fitness industry best practices Requirements Certified Pilates Instructor with valid certification from a recognized organization Proven experience teaching group pilates classes Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, physiology, and body mechanics Ability to demonstrate proper exercise form safely Excellent client communication skills with a friendly, motivating approach Join us as a Certified Pilates Instructor and be part of a team dedicated to empowering individuals through expert instruction, personalized coaching, and an energetic atmosphere that promotes health and vitality!
