Qualifications Required:

Preferred Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent) or we can help you get one High School Diploma or

GED CPR/AED

certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)

Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physiology, or related field 6 months to 1 year of personal training or practical experience Sales or customer service experience (training provided) ⸻ Sales Representative / Sales Manager We are looking for a motivated, energetic Sales Representative to help grow our gym by turning leads into new clients and providing an excellent experience from the first conversation through enrollment.

Daily Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with new and existing leads Respond to lead inquiries and schedule appointments Conduct consultations and gym tours Explain our training programs, pricing, and services Close sales and enroll new clients Follow up with prospects who have not yet signed up Maintain accurate lead and client information Help clients get started and ensure a smooth onboarding experience Track daily calls, appointments, consultations, and sales Re-engage past leads and potential clients Work closely with trainers and management to help meet monthly sales goals Provide a welcoming, professional, and high-energy experience for every prospect
